These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of

PLACING THE ORDER & PRICE

You can place your order on the website www.denisalisik.eu. Your order must contain desired product, quantity, preferred payment method, delivery method and contact details of buyer. By placing the order the buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions including the claims conditions. All orders are obligatory for both sides once the order is confirmed by the seller. The seller confirms acceptance of your order by sending the email confirming the receipt. The buyer can cancel the order via email before they receive the confirmation receipt from the seller.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order when:

  • Demanded goods are not longer manufactured

  • Contact details of the buyer are not properly completed in time the order is placed (e.g.: wrong telephone number, not responsive customer)

The seller is not responsible for the damaged caused to buyer by improper use of the e-shop. In case the buyer already paid for the goods and one of the situation above occures, the seller is obliged to return the amount paid using the same payment provider as buyer have used to purchase it.

THE PRICE
All prices for each individual item are listed on the website. The buyer by placing the order agrees to the price listed. All prices are final including the tax and shipping worldwide.

PAYMENT METODS
We accept payments via epay by following types of cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We at Sugaar and Sugaar always pack orders safely with care to minimize the risk of the demage. The order will be ready within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of the receipt of order is sent to buyer.

Shipping is free of charge.

The delivery time in Slovakia is 1 to 4 working days.

All shipments are handled by Zasielkovna. Should delays occur at Zasielkovna the shipment may not be delivered by the desired date Origos Group s.r.o is not liable for delays incurred by Zasielkovna.

In cases of a undelivered shipments or serious delays Origos Group s.r.o will dispatch a new one free of charge.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and Slovak public holidays.

Please note that you can always check your tracking number for delivery time. We are sending this information to you after pick up of your delivery by Zasielkovna.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason the buyer is not entirely satisfied with the purchase, the buyer has the possibility of returning the products to the seller. Such return is considered as a contract back off upon written email sent to the seller within 14 days from the date the buyer received the order. Returns of purchases are at the buyer expenses.

Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Not used or altered in any way and with undamaged packaging for a full refund.

Items without a return label are not accepted.

Upon receipt of your return and approval by our warehouse, the amount will be transferred back to the buyer within a few working days, 14 days at the latest using the same payment provider as was used to purchase it.

All costs associated with returns are covered by the buyer/ customer.

Please note that we do not accept parcels send per COD (Cash On Delivery).

COMPLAINTS
All products are covered by the rules of the Slovak Civil and Business law regarding the right to complain within 24 months.

The right to complain allows the customer to complain about imperfections and defects which have occurred within 24 months of purchase of the product. The right to complain does not cover defects or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or regular use of goods.

Costs associated with complaints are covered by the buyer/customer.

Complaints about imperfections and defects or undelivered orders should be directed to mail@sugaarandsugaar.com.

Claims must also be sent to the address above. Returns can also be done by rejecting the parcel or by returning it in person, by appointment.

THE BEAUTY OF CRAFTMANSHIP
Products are unique and handcrafted pieces. All the irregularities and inconsistencies that you may find are part of its unique handcrafted character and beauty.
Therefore the seller do not guarantee 100% accuracy in colors presented on the website photo and some deviations may occure. Every piece is an original and should be treated as such.

GUARANTEE
The products are fragile, so handle with care. When the product is out of its package and it has been checked for damages then the product is beyond Origos Group warranty.
